How to Cook Brown Butter and Ginger Glazed Baby Carrots

Ingredients
carrots, cut in 2-inch-long
2 tbsp. stick butter or margarine
2 tsp. grated fresh ginger
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp.
2 tbsp. Chopped fresh parsley
Directions
  1. Place carrots in saucepan with water to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes or until tender. Drain in a colander, rinse under running cold water until cool and let drain.
  2. Melt butter in same saucepan over low heat. Add carrots, ginger, honey and salt. Cook 2 minutes, stirring a few times, until coated and hot. Stir in parsley.
